Re-election may take place. If you are interested in joining the board, we would be happy to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you must be a member of DALILA in order to participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Voting by written proxy is allowed at the meeting. However, a member may cast a vote with a maximum of two proxies. If you wish to vote by proxy, please notify Helene Jensen in writing at <a href=\"mailto:hej@danskeadvokater.dk\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hej@danskeadvokater.dk<\/span><\/a> no later than 30 April, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposals Submitted<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease note that according to the articles of association, proposals to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting must be sent to DALILA at least two weeks before the meeting. If proposals are received for discussion at the meeting, they will be sent to members along with a revised agenda no later than one week before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access to venue (Plesner)<\/strong><br \/>\nPlesner is easily accessible by public transport via train and the Copenhagen Metro (station &#8216;Nordhavn&#8217;, within a 10-minutes walking distance).
